Selena's role as Director of Strategy Development focuses mainly on overseeing the campaigns and processes for both the Organic Search Strategy team and Social Media Strategy team. She is also deeply involved in creating and developing organic search strategies for BlueGlass clients that integrate all areas of the online marketing landscape to help improve traffic, rankings and visibility in the SERPs. She also works with the Social Media Strategy team to improve client's social presence, visibility and long term strategy across current and emerging social networks.

Before joining BlueGlass, Selena was with Search & Social; initially starting off as the SEO/Social Media Analyst and eventually moving to Social Media Outreach Director when BlueGlass was created. She was responsible for developing and running social media outreach campaigns for product/website launches and event based initiatives for clients, and worked closely with the viral marketing, social media and content creation divisions.

Selena has a Marketing Associate's, a dual Bachelor's in Business and Finance from the University of Central Florida and multiple business certificates. Her diverse background, passion, strong understanding of all marketing channels, and compulsive curiosity about everything in the industry allows her to identify areas of opportunities from all angles to help clients gain true organic traction. Selena's main ambition is to be able to deliver versatile and effective strategies while staying ahead of the game to help clients gain a true competitive advantage in their market. She also loves #Dobermans.
