I think the other issue that&#039;s different than B2B direct media is that it inevitably involves establishing trust and relationships, something we tend to worry about less with direct media.  And it&#039;s the participatory nature that leads to the unpredictability.  What I hope happens more is that B2B marketers see social media as one tool in a mix of tools that can move people along the path to become customers and advocates, rather than a standalone program owned by mysterious clerics that purport to do miracles with it.  I think we have a ways to go on that - B2C is farther along.</description>
