I am unable to remember when i last posted on a web site. principally the folks did not recognize what they were talking about. your website has the most conversant people on this subject for quite a long time. do you have got different forums or blogs i can post on?

I agree with you that there is more authority for the site that posts content first. That’s a good rule of thumb.

And, for duplicate information – while there is not necessarily a “rank” or “authority” penalty for the site overall, the duplicate content will indeed get put into the supplemental index. Particularly on Google if there are NO inbound links, you’re going to have a trouble getting it out of the supplemental.

While sharing your information is something I strongly believe in, I also believe that you should always post your original content on your site first before you share it with anyone. The reason I say this is that while I don’t believe there is a duplicate content penalty that you hear about these days from Google or any other search engine I think they do give more weight to the site that publishes the content first and not as much importance to the next site.

Its a good article. Unless untill the article is not fresh and content in not intesting, no one will come to your site.

Writing articles about one’s area of expertise is something that I recommend. What I don’t recommend is supplying each article to the various article directories first. Get yours online and then carefully select which articles you want to share with the world.
